Me and Caroline at Guinness Lake

The Upper Lake

SHEEP!
My first experience in the Irish countryside. Wicklow mountains are about an hour south of Dublin city and are filled with beautiful gorges, valleys, waterfalls and hills. We passed through many famous film locations including Braveheart, PS I love you and Leap Year. It was raining for most of the tour, so our first glimpse of Guinness Lake was just wind, water and cold. At the end of the day, we decided to try going one more time in hopes the weather had cleared up and it did! It was the most gorgeous view I've ever seen. I really don't think I can fall more in love with the nature, the green, and the sheep of this island.

  2. Aw, you went to the exact same place that I went to when I visited Glendalough/Wicklow! :) I see you're already wearing your jackets/rainboots! Haha most/if not all days will be like that! Enjoy my love.

    Ireland is my favorite!!!
